I have today tested my blood again, but only t4 and tsh as the dr said you have hashimoto.so just need to add bit by bit medication and check bloodlevels. Hashimoto attacking the thyroid (only the thyroid?) but pplcan live without medecine it happens

Hashi's only attacks the thyroid, yes.

but pplcan live without medecine it happens

Up to a certain point they can. But, do you really think they can live without it once their thyroid is completely destroyed and they have no thyroid hormone in their system? No, they can't. You cannot live without thyroid hormone.

If you've only been taking levo for six weeks, it's much too soon to say whether it suits you yet. You'll still be on a very low dose, so that's probably why you don't feel 100% better yet. At six weeks, it's time for an increase in dose. Did your doctor tell you to go back for a retest at six weeks?

It's not helpful to think of levo as medicine. It isn't medicine in the normal sense of the word. It is thyroid hormone replacement. It's the thyroid hormone T4, replacing the hormone your thyroid can no-longer make enough of, and without which you will die. :)
