Hi everyone ❤️❤️

I'm having bloods done on the 4th of Feb for amongst other things a full pannel thyriod test...my last bloods were TSH 3.53 mU/L range(0.30-4.50 mU/L)

T3 2.3 Pmol/L range(3.10-6.80pmol/L

T4 10.9 Pmol/L range(11.00-22.00 Pmol/L

My first introduction to Levo was the day after my op( may 2019) my dose was 125gm..I was not good on this my surgeon reduced my dose to 75mg in increments of 25gm the reason being he noticed I was still very hyper) diagnosed with graves in Sep 2018) he then said he would send me to an endo but this never happened as he contacted my awfull GP saying he would leave it up to him,my GP only took advise from the endo so I never got to see him.

As I've said on previous posts I'm not fairing well on Levo been on 4 different types(I have colitis and they flair my condition up) I would like to know if anyone on her knows about conversion from t3 to t4 how do I know if I'm converting the meds? And also this condition went undiagnosed for just over 3 years until in the last year I was so ill I went in to thyriod Storm, was unable to stomach thyriod meds(carbimazole/PTU) I eventually had an uptake scan then was diagnosed with graves and toxic thyriod which needed to be removed. I'm not surprised it needed to be removed what did this do to my body all that time it was going overactive I dread to think!! Would it have affected my pritruitry gland? Or anything else,,I know I've had some great advise from the lovely people on her who have looked at my blood results and said I'm under medicated but going up I feel sure will only cause the problems I had in the first place,,I'm on 50mg of eltroxin by Mercury pharma I was on this but under the name levoroxine???? Awfull doc put me on these as he said these would help with the gut problem well no it hasn't I'm having what I would call tremors in my hands sweating fast heartbeat absolutely no energy ,going to the loo a lot especially after eating with cramp pains then swelling of the intestines tender to touch..I attribute these symptoms to overactive or hyperthiyroidism which is what I was diagnosed with I had these symptoms for 3 years the last year being the worst ( doc diagnosed menupause) did do bloods but only in the last year 2018) 2 were within range my last in Aug 2018 to which he said was normal,,took myself to another doc she did bloods they came back as TSH not detected T3 24.2) I was overactive! I'm getting nowhere with my current GP so definitely not seeing him anymore any advise for my app with new GP on this matter would be greatly appreciated

Karen thank you❤️❤️❤️❤️

So sorry to hear all of this! Your latest results don’t seem to be optimal. I didn’t do so well on Eltroxin so a great GP put me on NaturThroid. That made such a difference!
