Feel good with this food : baba ghanoush
If you feel good on it, that's great. But, personally, I hate aubergines!
I live in Saudi and often eat this. Nothing adverse in the recipe so go for it.
That is a blessing, wish I lived there was there twice.. its very healthy dish, i know from egypt
I love tahini, but hate aubergines
Love it! Think when people say they hate aubergines they might not have tried baba ganoush? Also aubergines are not as bitter as of old and there are lots of different ones. Small round white ones are creamy! Give it a go again..
I can't taste bitter anyway AFAIK - I mean people say grapefruit is bitter, but it is sweet. Aubergines are the one thing that I won't even eat to be polite (well, I might). But this has reminded that I need to make more hummus
Yay to all hummus ...about the cheapest thing to make and most expensive to buy! Now fresh coriander ....that’s the devil’s work! I am one of the 13% who have the gene for whom it tastes like soap. I often wonder how much genetic work is done on thyroid disease when I had aunt brother and daughter with thyroid probs.
I do t understand your last sentence
Not sure what you don’t understand? I was just saying I’m not sure if enough work is done on the genetics of thyroid disease. Some of my realises also had/have thyroid disease. I was commenting that by comparison on the fact that they have found a gene for those who don’t like coriander.
I believe if I eat this almost every day my health will improve.. I ate this with rice and a mix of oignons, fried aubergines, chickpeas (from scratch, some use from can and use the water of it to replace egg), carrots, tomatoes and tomatopasta cinnamon hot peper dish.
Also good with fish and a kind of bread.
