Hello everyone have not been on forum for a few days because I have an inner ear infection and taking antibiotics and resting . I have cracking in ears and vertigo and nausea so not good . But hopefully I will get better soon.

Hello Thrones good evening thank you . Will try that and see if it helps . Does not help though feeling like your in a lift or elevator going down and the anibiotics taste like cheap coffee lol

Lol I know I still suffer from vertigo as a result of a head injury it’s not nice,there are exercises you can do if you look YouTube,apparently it’s the crystals in the inner ear that get disturbed imbalanced especially with head trauma or infection and you can rebalance with the exercises.

Also a good idea to put yourself on a probiotic or kefir to rebalance your gut because of the antibiotics.good luck plenty fluids and rest needed,sound like my granny here lol.

There is garlic drops that many find very helpful .
