I have been suffering with symptoms for a year now. Weight loss anxiety diarhea ridges in nails. Dr's tsh tests are coming back between 0.75 and 1.3 strong family history of graves disease but just keep getting told my levels are normal. Been put on vitamin d supplements and I know there is a link between gd and low vit d. Where should I go from here

Take your vitamin D as prescribed for a few months then whilst still taking ask for tests to be done again. I am supposed to take vitamin D 3 tablet form, but it made me vomit & have horrendous diarrhoea to strong to take daily it was poisoning me, Was then prescribed instead of daily, a liquid form of vitamin D3 to take 1 capsule weekly with food, which can be mixed in with the food, I can't take that either it actually makes me vomit instantly! It can't be mixed in with food because it alters the taste of my food meaning all that can be tasted is the liquid vitamin D3 which is disgusting! I'm also a exceptionally fussy eater & weigh just under 6 stone, so can't have anything altering the taste of the foods I will eat, otherwise they go uneaten. The liquid vitamin D3 can be tasted fully in my food & drinks, so I'm currently not taking any vitamin D3 because it doesn't agree with my system or taste buds at all. I'm trying instead to get vit D3 more naturally which is proving very difficult!!!! Apologies if there are any mistakes in this message, I'm using my microphone rather than typing, as my fingers are all cracked open from eczema and very sore. If you are concerned that you may have Graves disease is there a direct test that can be done to prove or disprove it?
Have just corrected all "I hope " of my errors.
It would help others to comment if you posted all of your test results along with their lab ranges.
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested for Hashimoto's and Graves .
Private testing for suspected Graves - TSI or TRab antibodies
medichecks.com/thyroid-func...
Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) and Graves
Ask GP to test all vitamin levels
You may need to get full Thyroid testing privately as NHS refuses to test TG antibodies if TPO antibodies are negative
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

For thyroid including antibodies and vitamins
Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
If you can get GP to test vitamins and antibodies then cheapest option for just TSH, FT4 and FT3 £29 (via NHS private service )
