This morning I accidentally took 30mcg T3 instead of 20. Is it a good idea to take only 10 tomorrow to even it out and then resume 20 the day after again?

Accidentally took too much t3
Not really, no. You'll just be leaving yourself short tomorrow. The half-life of T3 is only 24 hours, so what you took today won't have much effect on tomorrow. It's not like T4 that hangs around for a week and can be balanced in that way. I should just chalk it up as experience, and forget it, if I were you.
I guess it's a bit late to say this, but it's an excellent "opportunity" to record how you feel and what happens if you have a day with super high T3. Next time, if that happens, take your blood pressure(BP) at as many intervals as you can and record the hours after your dose when you begin to feel tired. If it doesn't affect your BP you are very lucky - because this factor will not affect any increase in dose you may need at some point in the future. The point when you become tired means that much of your T3 is now used up, this will mean you will know the approximate half life of T3 for you, for me it is 8 hours, so if I overdosed any danger would be all over after 8 hours.
I once took my NDT (has T3 in it) twice, I was scared to death but absolutely nothing happened. It was (a boozy) Christmas, I got up to pee about 2 am and then stupidly took my pills by way of habit and got back into bed. I then repeated everything at 5 am which is my usual pattern. As I downed my glass of water my memory kicked in and Whoa! I prepare to die or spent the day in the emergency room - but no, it was all OK.
