Hair loss itchy inflamed scalp dry flaky skin body odour smells like sweet vinegar?

Anyone else affected I shower daily I'm having to religiously wash my hair every 2nd day as if I dont my scalp starts getting itchy and i get raised scabbies the more I itch the itchy it gets I also have terrible hair loss when I shower I'm absolutely covered in my hair so the joy off showering I dread. Also I've flaky skin that flares mainly on face and finally a body odour that smells off sweet vinegar I've mentioned this several times to Gp but have never got anywhere telling them
