Do you have some blood results to share with us? We need TSH, T4 and T3 also your Iron and Ferritin levels because you stated you have low Iron. Try not to worry because sometimes this can happen after you have given birth. The lady who does my nails became hyper after she gave birth to her son and this was temporary and she was given treatment and is now back to normal. This might not be the case with you but this is treatable and I have been suffering from Graves Disease (hyperthyroid) for about 12 years now and I am now in my second remission. Where are you based is it here in the UK or the US? I am asking this because the US uses different guidelines for Thyroid testing. However there are many ladies on this site from the US who give us support and advice. I myself joined the Elaine Moore site in the US which helped me enormously when I was first diagnosed and here is a link
