Several posters on here are pregnant and want guidance on TSH levels in pregnancy, often the first trimester. This paper downloadable shows that TSH values above 2.5 in the first trimester increase the likelihood of miscarriage later on.

Thanks for posting and it is a worry for many women who've had miscarriages or difficulties getting pregnant and want to have a successful pregnancy.

Thank you so much for educating young women on their own health. My children are now 22, 20 and 14 but I was very disappointed at the lack of knowledge when I was having my children and on Levo. I had to persuade the gynaecologist in my third pregnancy to monitor my bloods as I hadn’t had any monitoring for the first two but had clued myself up by number 3.

Knowledge about one’s own condition is so very helpful.
