I get that, but not sure it's down to Hashi's. More likely to be low magnesium or something, I think. :)

We're all short of magnesium, and it can do terrible things to us. It's a great thing to take. :)

As you have Hashimoto's low vitamin levels are extremely common

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested?

Low vitamin D and low magnesium often go together

We need optimal vitamin levels when on Levothyroxine

Vitamin D at least around 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better

Folate and B12 near top of range

Ferritin at least half way in range

What vitamin supplements do you currently take?

As you have Hashimoto's Are you on strictly gluten free diet?

Vit D just tested was 74

Others were tested around 2 months back and were fine however have not had magnesium or potassium checked for around 6 months

So vitamin D is too low

How much vitamin D are you supplementing?

Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Test twice yearly via

vitamindtest.org.uk

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is good as avoids poor gut function. They do one that includes vitamin K2 mk7

It's trial and error what dose each person needs.

Frequently with Hashimoto's we need higher dose than average

Government recommends everyone supplement vitamin D October to April

gov.uk/government/news/phe-...

Magnesium test will always come back within range.

Magnesium

Im not supplementing, under 50 in aus is deficient and under 20 is severe, what is optimal for vit D?

Is your vitamin D measured in nmol or ng/ml

Optimal according to vitamin D council, is 100-150nmol

100nmol is equal to 40ng/ml

I definitely had this before I supplemented vitamins- adding magnesium, D3 /K2, B complex have all really helped me.
