Thyroid dose and chest infection

Hi I have recently been in bed with a chest infection which laid me very poorly.

I’ve been taking my thyroid dose as usual but wondering if any thoughts on how that could be affected ct by such inactivity. I’m up and about now but feeling really hot , no temp, and wondering what could be happening ? As if overdosed ?

Anyone any thoughts on differences when having an infection and dose modification?
