Body temperature flunctuations

Hello,

I have read somewhere that Minor flunctuations throughout the day is normal (about 1F or 0,5C). Furthermore these changes normally go unnoticed by the person experiencing them.

For me though, it seems to flunctuate more through the day (from 35.8 C to 37.2 C, or from 95 F to 98,6 F).

Furthermore I seem to feel it (cold and fatigued on the down side, and with hot flushes, like a fever on ylthe upper side).

Has anyone else experienced such a thing? Can this be caused by hormones/thyroid?

I know thyroid regulates your temperature, and if you have an issue it may be displayed on the temperature, but I think it is either down (hypo) or up (hyper).

I have never heard or experienced both of them.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Not so. There are not these rigide divisions between hypo and hyper symptoms that doctors believe. Many, many of them can be both hypo and hyper. Including variations in temperature. So, yes, I would say it is your thyroid causing the these fluctuations. :)
