I have random patches on my back, they appeared in jan, they look red in pic but they appeared red to start with then faded to light brown tannish colour, i noticed them after a week away in summer , spent alot of time on beach that week but was never uncovered, previous doct said they were a condition called coffee something?
Anyone know what this is?: I have random patches... - Thyroid UK
Anyone know what this is?
From the photo it looks a bit like psoriasis, Some psoriasis does not get flaky or itchy. I have something similar on my legs and just ignore it, and it tends to go away after a month or so, and then come back in a different place.
Sorry I could not be of more help!

If not that, maybe have a look around that site as it is pretty comprehensive.
Yes thats the one cafe au lait spots, just find it strange that they almost appeared overnight
I agree - Dermnet NOT match your description:
Café-au-lait macules are usually present at birth (congenital) or appear in early infancy. They sometimes become apparent later in infancy, especially after exposure to the sun, which darkens the colour.
Possibly need to read that link carefully because of the possible linked disorders.
