Hiya, I know you should never ask a lady her age, but could you be going through the menopause, this can cause weight issues.
I'm only mentioning this as my partner has the same concern.
I would visit your doctor that's alot to put on. Good luck and have a great day.

Do you have results to add?
How much Levothyroxine are you currently taking?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested.
Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
What vitamin supplements do you currently take?
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results
Why are antibodies important once on thyroid hormone replacement? They can help you make the initial diagnosis, but usually don't affect treatment once on it, as far as I know. I have found anti-TPO and anti-TG to be a waste of money after initial Hashi's diagnosis. After all, you don't treat the antibodies, you treat the hormone deficiency.
If you are in the UK ...both Medichecks and Blue Horizon include thyroid antibodies testing within their thyroid and vitamin bundle....this is cheapest option on getting full Thyroid and vitamin testing done
Many people find it helpful to see if TPO antibodies reduce on gluten and/or dairy free diet .....they frequently do see slow steady drop
Depends what you mean by ‘optimal range’, just because they are in range doesn’t mean treatment is optimal. If the range for T4 is, for example, 12-22, 12 is in range and so is 22, yet those numbers could make a vast difference to how you are feeling. Optimal is when you feel well and your symptoms are alleviated. The ranges are just constructions for testing purposes - maybe you do need an increase - worth looking at where you are in the ranges. . 🤸🏿♀️🥛
I’m 40
This might be helpful... On the other hand it might be irrelevant...
If optimally treated your weight would not be increasing

Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially as you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's)
Ask GP to test vitamin levels if not been done recently
What vitamin supplements do you currently take?
As you have Hashimoto's Are you on strictly gluten free diet ...or tried it in past?

Can you add your most recent test results and ranges
