Since adding T3 I've noticed my heart rate got slower and slower. I did blood tests after dose increase and results are great. Recently my resting heart rate got to the level of 50-60 bpm. I don't really get any symptoms either.
Just wondering if I should be worried?

Dr Isabella Wenz’s book on Hashimoto’s is worth a read. Dr Wenz has made mention of Selenium and Zinc to lower thyroid antibodies. Note Zinc is needed to make HCl so stomach acid diminishes with all of the ensuing digestive and assimilation challenges including absorbing supplements effectively.
Novothyral is a 5:1 T3/T4 combo ratio and prudent to monitor reverse T3.
Dr Jay Davidson and Dr Todd Watts (Microbe Formulas sold in UK as Cellcore Biosciences by Amrita Nutrition) and Beaumedltd) have looked at drainage and parasite cleansing in depth and a browse through their podcasts might prove enlightening especially look at TUDCA which replenishes clogged bile acid when dealing with underlying infections. The Full Moon protocol might be a self help place to start - do follow instructions assiduously as you’ve been dealing with an underlying cause since 2010.
Digestion and assimilation of proteins are key to the formation of neuro transmitters and our hearts and brains only have T3 receptors. Working with a functional nutritionist even remotely (ThyroidUK has approved list) would perhaps identify what’s the underlying cause.
