Hair falling out!!

Hello all

I’m distraught as my mane is coming out it clumps. I noticed a patch at the crown that I thought was caused by blow drying my hair upside down. I wear it curly so don’t use heat damage and only bleach the roots so it’s in good condition (I used to do highlights which are way more damaging) I’ve been doing this for about a year with no issues so I don’t think it’s that. For context I am 50 and peri menopausal and recently started my own company which is incredibly stressful as you can imagine. I’m hypothyroid and take Thai NDT. I over did it back in the summer and had to reduce for 4 1/4 grains to 3 and recently went back up to 3.5 as I had terrible insomnia and fatigue. I have an excellent diet and take gentle iron and b vitamins sporadically

You can suffer with hair loss with thyroid disease, your levels might either be too high or too low. Please post your blood results so other members can comment about them.
