Cortisol Tests

Cortisol Blood Test taken 6 weeks ago at 9.00 am by GP was 182 nmol/L.

The same again this week at 9.00 am by GP was 268 nmol/L

I believe the next step will be for an ACTH but waiting to speak with my GP.

Should I be concerned about these low results? Do you think there is any relevance in the increase in level over the 6 weeks? I am assuming this is good news but still not at the level it should be? Any ideas why the increase may be as I am not taking any medication apart from 75 Levothyroxine.
