I have what I thought started getting bad flu two nights ago. As my throat was sore. However besides that - main symptoms is really really sore body. Headache. Temp. Nothing else. Anyone experience that before?

When I am undermedicated and tired I get body aches, sore throat and hoarse voice. Have you a diagnosis? On medication? Recent blood results?

Hi. I have Hashimotos. I just got some new results yesterday’s . I can’t load them up at the moment. I’m on 100mg Levothyroxine. My TSH/T4/T3 are “ in range” however I will want to ask GP for increase as I still have symptoms. I want to try get it optimal. And am wanting to start making changes to my diet.

I am just a pit ??? What is wrong with me....

You are not alone. Many of us are similar. It is a horrible thing to have. We struggle on a daily basis. You need to track your blood results to get optimal so start to keep a good record of them. Need to consider vitamin levels too. In range is never good enough for thyroid or vitamin results - the figures need to be in the top third of the range usually except for tsh that is!! Little steps and you will get there.
