Transition from T3 to NDT Thyroid-S

Hi everyone

I've almost run out of T3 and won't be able to get any more for about a month so as I have Thyroid-S I'm going to use that instead. Im taking 50 mcg of T3 and have worked that out to be about 1.5 grains. Should I just change over from one day to the next or take 1grain and 25 mcg T3 for a week and slowly reduce T3 and add in more Thyroid-S ??? If anybody has had any experience of changing over how did you do it??

I just did a straight swap as the NDT has T3 in it. When I first bought the NDT it sat like an unexploded bomb on my shelf for a week, and then I finally plucked up courage to just go for it. I felt better overall after a week than I had for a while.

Thanks for answering. I think I might do that too seeing as I'm used to T3 already.
