Hi all

Has anyone else read the online article from good house keeping? They have even added a section about under active thyroid and soy.

I must admit, i do eat tofu but limit my intake and I don’t feel any different, but we are all individuals who react differently.

Thanks :)

Many on here would say that soy is a big no.

Soy is bad for everybody, not just hypos. It is not a health food, as they claim.

Generally a bad thing. In the countries where soya are traditionally grown, very little is eaten unfermented and even tofu (which is cooked but not fermented) is only eaten in very small quantities Bad for the planet as planting the beans destroys forests and grassland, and any monoculture is a "bad thing". Bad for you.
