Just want to say that I have been feeling good, and I’m thankful for this group, I’ve learned a lot, and more with the UK. I’m in the United States and some of the other forums here in the State is not as knowledgeable as this Group. Just to let you all know that hopefully I am in remission even tho I was diagnosed with Hashimotos and Graves since 2016 of June or July, was on only on Methamizole for not long, I have not been on it for going on two years. I have noticed I have regain my strength and breathing has been terrific, just thankful to God that even tho I found out what a thyroid is use for and how important it is to our body, the damage it can cause when it fails us with supplying our hormones and how whack it can get when it over produces is scary, I really pray there will be a cure than the pills that people have to take such as the hormone replacement pills, or the rai, and the removal of their thyroid as I’m sure it’s annoying because of issues that go with the body such as weigh and other issues, but for now it’s all they have as a means to survive. Sorry I kept on going on here, but I hope I was a support to those who are just barely coming to understand what this Graves and hashimoto is, I say don’t give up, your going to be alright no matter what symptoms your going through, your Doctor is there to help you in the best Medical Knowledge that they have in experience, and this forum here is to walk you in understanding what they or we know as they and we have dealt with, and what others are going through in similarities as you if your new here, and I know the fear of not knowing can do to you, just know you will one day look back and laugh, and say, WOW ! I’m not afraid of this no more. God bless you.

I 2nd that lovely lady...thyroid do your worst-"bring it on" better than i was but battling hashi too now. Scared no!! It just takes alomg time to get to a normal sort of different you.. i do not use this site as much now but forever thankyou to this site and one day i know i will be needing it again😊
