Had very low tsh but T3 , T4 missed. Now got retested but can you help with results plz

I had a TSH done as had symptoms to hyperthyroidism. Not on any meds.

TSH was 0.14 but all else was missed e.g T3, t4. Now new test results:

TSH 0.3

T3 5.43

T4 18

TPO 14.5

Advise please as docs are not concerned.

Also my creatinine was raised slightly 110

Need ranges to comment as FT4 of 18 could be well in range or over, same with FT3
