If I take 2 grains of NDT in a day (split pm and am), I get hyper symptoms but if I cut it down to 1 3/4 I fall asleep after lunch or while watching TV in the evening.
I find it impossible to cut the pills into more than 4. The pills are pink TMan. Any ideas?

I am sure somebody else will respond to you meme , however I posted on this site a while back complaining of vertigo and I was taking x 2grains TR Mann. I now split my dose a.m. and p.m. and the vertigo has disappeared. I am still not 100%, it is all about fine tuning. Maybe timing your doses could achieve a result?
Hi. I was taking 3/4 grain at bedtime then 1 grain in the morning. I still had vertigo and needed a daytime nap, so I upped my dose to 1 grain morning and night. Vertigo almost gone and can last all day without napping but after 2 weeks I had heat intolerants, tremors, hair loss, poor sleep and a touch of anxiety . I cut back to 1 3/4 a day but now need a nap again .
Buy a scale that weighs small amounts ( about £12) on Amazon. Weigh the whole pill and work out what percentage you need.
Crush the pill and weigh out what you need. Its a faff to do but you could do a weeks worth at a time and put them in the fridge. If it gives you better health it's worth it .
I am pretty much the same - 2 and a half is too little, 3 is too much. I have a pill splitter but it does not always cut in half, and I find myself taking the big half! If I try with a scalpel, bit ping all over the place!
The way to crush a pill is to place it in a teaspoon, place another teaspoon on top, the same way up, and gently move the top teaspoon sort of round by the handle while pressing down. Some of the pill may stick to the underside of the top spoon so remove carefully. To take the resulting powder without it sticking to your tongue, I mix with a small blob of jam. I know this could interfere with the absorption but it works for me.
I took the little scale on holiday with me in my hand luggage . No one batted an eye lid ( it was in a black pouch though ) so couldn't really seen by eye. The x ray would have picked it up though! !
