I had shoulder pains when my FT4's where on the high side for me . But many hyper/hypo symptoms over lap each other . It's good to know the FT3 FT4 TSH values .

Same, jgelliss, high ft4 corresponded with pains in my upper back, shoulder etc. Once reduced, it went away like magic
