I was long time on levo+T3 then i swap on ndt(split doses, 3,5 grain -Thai Tiroyd). No matters what, when I take the pills, in a short time I feel like I'm swollen, my fingers, belly and the soles of the feet. After an hour the sensation disappears and the next day take over again. The higher the dose, the worse I swelling. I don't understand why.

Swelling on ndt and levo+T3.
Hi there, I've had this. I've been swollen from under medicated and over medicated. So confusing and upsetting. You'd be best putting all your recent blood tests on here for the experts to advise you. Do you take your temp to get an Idea by body temp if you're over or under medicated. 3 1/2 grains is quite abit, but maybe that's what it takes but you have to get your blood tests on here. You say the more you have the worse it is , maybe that's your answer.
Thank you for your answer. I don't have any blood tests yet because I don't have 6 weeks on a stable dose. I swap on ndt about 3 months ago but I was when up when down to find my dose. My BP is ok but my pulse is 90-100. I thought I'll add some T3 to my morning 2grain dose and I would reduce the afternoon dose whit half grain.
