Any suggestions as to purchasing the ones with additional nutritions and dose level. I have been taking 200mg for a week (it has 50mg of velarium). Feel slightly calmer not sure if to up dose or continue for another week.

This is the 5-HTP that I am currently taking :

It doesn't fit the requirements you specified (sorry) but I just wanted to say it works well for me. After being on 5-HTP every day for many years I reduced my dose a year or two ago and currently I only take one pill on Mon, Wed, and Fri.
I've also previously taken 5-HTP made by Swanson.
