Hi everyone, could someone help me read my cortisol saliva test please. History is that my morning cortisol used to be too high. Was taking Seriphos which did a great job of lowering it, however I used for too long and it now looks like it’s very low in the morning. And high around 3pm? That’s about as much as I can figure out. How do you treat low morning and high afternoon? Any help much appreciated
