I have appealed twice after being put on UC and taken off ESA, even though I get PIP. This has been ongoing for over a year.

Does anyone know once it goes to tribunal how long before it’s resolved

TIA

I'm sorry I've no idea but I expect it can vary. I've just read your last post so I hope you didn't find the whole thing too stressful

It can be resolved then and there, but this is not common. Usually about 2 weeks for a decision, and six weeks to get the payment straight.

I strongly advise taking someone with you who knows the ropes. Citizens Advice can put you in touch with someone who will help you through the whole hoop jumping. There is a lot of information on the net as to how the tribunal will be conducted and the sort of questions you will be asked, so it is worth doing a bit of homework.

Good luck.
