I won my Appeal at the Tribunal after 2 years of appealing my case with DWP..

Money has been back dated.

Don’t give up - it took me 3 Appeals to then get to the Tribunal.

A long wait - 🤔

I absolutely agree. Don't ever give up. The civil servants flexing their muscles against people who are ill, their lies, the lies by the ACAS medical assessor who either doesn't listen or lies about the answers, the dismissal of specialist doctors' letters, are all hurdles that are almost insurmountable by someone who is ill, and that is what they rely on. The remote civil servants making the decisions are a disgrace.......I can't stress this enough!!! After over a year of our rebuttals of the DWP decision, pulling their "evidence" apart sentence by sentence and with the help of our wonder MP my daughter was finally awarded her benefit by the Appeal Court in her absence. I gather they are so overwhelmed by such cases that they read and which have been so appallingly mishandled that this is what they have resorted to in many cases.

I second this post. DON'T GIVE UP, and get help from a relative, friend or CAB if necessary.
