Is it normal for synthroid 125 mcg pill to taste sweet? It’s raising my bg by 30 points after an hour of taking it.

Just popping the tablet(s) into my mouth and swallowing is enough for me to notice the sweetness of Wockhardt or the saltiness of Mercury Pharma. Without crunching, chewing or anything else. :-)
