You seem to have blacked out the range for the FT4. Can't comment on the result without the range, I'm afraid.
Your TSH is not normal, but I doubt if any GP in the UK knows that. You are hypo when your TSH gets to 3, but the NHS likes it to go over 10 before they will deign to diagnose. So, you need to keep testing.
It would be a very good idea if you could get private tests done, because there are others needed to complete the picture that the NHS won't do. What you need is:
TSH
FT4
FT3
TPO antibodies
Tg antibodies
vit D
vit B12
folate
ferritin

Thanks so much for your help the only bit I’ve blacked out is the doctors name the ft4 doesn’t have any numbers but the ones shown 🤷🏼♀️
Thanks again
How very strange. They've given a range for the TSH. Is this a print-out given to you by the surgery? Perhaps you could contact the lab and ask for the range, because the result is meaningless without it.
