Painful legs

I think that I've done too much walking today and now my legs are throbbing like they've been in ice below the knee for hours. They aren't cold to the touch at all it is a deep cold pain that has been constant for a few hours now and is difficult to walk with. Anyone have a similar experience with graves. I'm still on 100mcg levothyroxine awaiting blood results and an adjustment.

Same thing happens to me all the time with Hashis. Once I started t3 the aches in the legs ceased. But with dose and brand jockeying they're back now...so I'm looking for other causes as my levels have normalized. But t3 helped a lot, I may need a meds adjustment.

The pain was awful last night but subsided once the ibuprofen kicked in. Hopefully the hospital call me with a meds adjustment today.

Magnesium citrate, yoga and ease off on tomatoes. It's an auto immune response you need to find your triggers

Magnesium helps oxygen get to muscles.

Yoga stops you tightening up

Tomatoes are a common trigger but yours may be gluten or something els

I get a lot of spasms in my legs and dull aches.

My legs have been painful for about 10 days. Have no idea if it’s due to thyroid, fibromyalgia, the weather, humidity. The muscles feel so sore.

Yesterday I tried capsicum cream on my calves, that helped. Had to do a longish drive today ( and took a wrong turning, added 45 minutes to the journey aagghh) I’d stuck a salonpas patch on each calf and legs were much better.

Does feel very much like when I lived in a hot country with very high humidity, and it does feel horrible.

Think I overdosed on ibuprofen just to get rid of the pain... if I could get the endocrine dept to answer the damn phone I might be able to get my levothyroxine adjusted grrr. It was almost unbearably painful last night. When I woke this morning it was like the pain was never there!

The ice cold sensation you describe is exactly how my legs are after exercise. T3 helps. Hope you find your answers.

That would make sense as my T3 and T4 readings were very low still. T4 has been increased to 150mcg now and I think the T3 conversion must be working better as the icy feeling seems to have passed for now. Some strenuous exercise will tell for sure. Thanks for the insight.
