Can anyone tell me what the source of NDT is? Is it porcine and if so where does it come from, is it tested under any regulatory body and do you know about the welfare of the animals? Sorry that’s several questions but as someone into high welfare or organic meat it is important to me. If there any links to literature on this matter that would be great too. Thanks!
