I got diagnosed with low thyroid, and am on 50 mcg of Levothyroxine, been on it now for around 3 weeks, first 2 weeks I couldn’t sleep at all, this week I can’t stay awake, just woke up, 15.15, feeling dreadful, banging headache, the thing is I am supposed to be going back to work on Wednesday, but I’m feeling totally debilitated, I suppose what I’m asking is do people work like this??

Yes we have to work while feeling incredibly tired! Since I started on Eltroxin 2 months ago I am having difficulty sleeping. I go to bed around 21h30 every night, only to count sheep from 1am .... some days I am SO tired that I am super emotional ... but we are warriors! And Gods grace is sufficient everyday! 💌
I was diagnosed about 4 months ago, I've gradually worked up to 75mcg of levothyroxine and don't feel right at all but yes I work full time 😔. I sleep a good 8hrs every night and still feel exhausted when I get up. Gp won't increase my thyroxine as my levels have come down to 1.5. today I feel like I'm going to pass out, feel quite scared to be on my own in case anything happens to me. What a way to live life!
Thanks for that, I have never felt ill, I have a permanent bad headache which I now think is my sinusitis, so I took 2 lemsip decongestant that was a really bad move, I think they reacted badly today I am out of action, also I have very bad heartburn and thrust, the thing is I’m now afraid of taking anything, what to do!!!!! It’s bloody awful, 🥴
