WHy does my doctor insist that my husband is Type 2 Diabetic when he isnt. Its making our life insurance rocket.

I think you might have to ask your doctor that. :) Sounds like very strange behaviour.

Why does the doctor think he is diabetic? What tests has his doctor done? An HbA1c would tell you so see if he has had an HbA1c done and if so what the results were. It isn’t up for guesswork, there are charts that will tell if he is diabetic. I imagine they might do one then warn your husband to alter his diet and get more exercise etc. before deciding to treat with medicines etc.

If your husband does have T2 diabetes then there is a really good book out by a doctor called David Caven called Reverse your T2 Diabetes.

There are many causes of blood glucose irregularities, including low thyroid hormone.

On what grounds does your doctor say this ?
