previously posted about how my GP told me at my last appointment 'it was not my thyroid as my TSH was normal' despite my horrific weight gain, dry skin, tiredness, anxiety and forgetfulness. Anyway after reading your comments I emailed my doctor telling her I was not happy and that she could not treat my thyroid correctly by monitoring my TSH alone. I requested she refer me to a specialist and have received an appointment for this Saturday. Do I need to go with anything in preparation? Is there anything I need to asking him to do ? any advice?
thanks

Yes, I realised that but as she has referred you to a endocrinologist, I would have thought she would be expecting you to want to take some blood tests with you.
