I have my first thyroid blood test tomorrow after starting on Levo 6 weeks ago. I know not to take my Levo tonight like usual and to fast in the morning, but I have Addison’s disease, so would usually take 10mg of hydrocortisone on waking in the morning.
My blood test is at 8.30am- am I okay to take my morning dose of HC it will it affect the thyroid results?
Thank you!

I would not take any steroids until after your blood work. A few hours late taking your meds on one day will not make any significant difference as long as you take it immediately after your blood work.
I take mine every morning (6am) without fail and have never had a problem with my thyroid blood results.
Steroids given for addisons disease are something that should be taken at precise times and if I am even an hour late with mine I start to feel unwell.
