My philosphy is not to worry, it's a waste of time, energy and emotion as worrying doesn't change anything. If you get symptoms then stop using it. If you don't get symptoms then there's nothing to worry about
To avoid any kind of interaction or the mini-pill affecting absorption of Levo, why not take them at opposite ends of the day.
Have you read the patient information leaflet of both Levo and your pill, or Googled for any possible problems? That's a good place to start.
Yeah they said to take a couple of hours after Levo. The only symptoms I am getting is am still bleeding and only normally bleed for about 3 days but I suppose 5 days is no time at all. Just hope it settles. Thanks for the reply xx
It’s a pain isn’t it. But I very depressed when due and am 40 so they won’t give me the combined pill and they said that this one was the safest with my condition.
I've been advised that the combined pill can have an affect on how thyroid medication works...your symptoms seem to fit. Oestrogen makes tsh work harder so may give a false reading for your t3.
