Thanks the lady at Holland and Barrett wasn’t sure wanted me to check with doc or pharmacy before I bought them ! Very good 👍🏼

Well, I am not either .... and don't even take it .... but I know it is an amino protein that helps your body build cartilage and my husband swears by it combined with chondroitin.

Yes you can I take mine every morning with my breakfast and have been for years now.

These are taken 3 hours away from my first NDT at 6am.

Yes it's great. A friend of mine who in her sixties put me onto it years ago. She started to have arthritis in her hands and taught Judo so it was important to keep her strength up. I had the same problem and started it about 10 or more years ago. I know that it works as back in 2006 when I came out of hospital and lived on my own, I ran out.

After only a few days I started to feel the pain in my fingers again.

I make sure that I never run out now.

I have been taking glucosamine and chondroitin for 20 years for my knees - according to docs I shouldn’t be able to walk with my knees as they are but this stuff has been magic for me and have so far, touch wood, have no knee problems. I walk at least an hour a day and stand for hours at a time as I am a uni prof. I take it 4 hours after my levo and cytomel. Still works like a charm. Hope it works for you!

I’d definitely not buy it from Holland and Barrett though as most of their products have gunk/ fillers in them.
