I’m much improved on T3/T4 combobut the last few days I’ve had ridiculous head pressure.
It kind of comes from my neck and spreads up to my head and behind my eyes. It’s worse when exercising, do by then end of my normal fog walk I feel like I might explode.
It’s really quite scary. All my bloods are good now but I’ve ordered a test in case I’m now over medicated. I have been having very strong heart beats too, not so much palpitations.
Could this be it? I have experienced it in the past but I’ve been under medicated then, so I don’t know what to do now.
Does anyone have any ideas for relieving it?
Ps: it always seem to be worse in the first part of the day, not by evening although I tend to be most active earlier on 🤷🏼♀️
Anyone??

I've had a feeling of my head and scalp being swollen, as well as eyelids, when undermedicated. I think my neck was affected too, can't remember as haven't had it for a while. But it didn't seem to be related to exercise or strong heartbeat.
I read here that when you are hypo your adrenals try to compensate. Could it be to do with that, an adrenaline rush perhaps? In which case you may be slightly undermedicated. But I wouldn't risk an increase in medication just in case.
So many symptoms seem to overlap, or with Hashimoto's it might be due to a "hyper swing".
Sorry I can't be more help, but maybe exploring possibilities. Post your blood test results when you get them and I'm sure some of the experts will be able to throw some light on things x
I’m sorry to say this but I believe this is a migraine. It starts for many people in the neck and is a pulsing one sided headache. Mine became worse after Hashimotos.
I have migraines where they make me fall to the floor like someone has put an ice pack in my eye , but head pressure I get what you mean I have the pain in my eyes as well and it goes on for ages , as,I don't always try to take the migraine pills as they make me tired ,
