Just wondering if the above is true for anyone? Thank you

How do you feel? I saw your previous posts with everything over or very nearly over range 😱 but how do you feel like that? You’re on a very low dose of T4. Is it Hashi’s or not?
Bedbound / housebound with fatigue! I’m on 50mcg levo and 20mcg t3
😱 That’s incredible hard, I’ve been there and only recently have I become well on combo treatment. Who’s looking after you? GP? Endo? Can you go private?
I’ve seen so many.... several on the thyroid uk list and dr
Peatfield! Dr p was the one who said to continue to raise
T3 but I wasn’t getting any better. But now I wonder if
It’s bevause I
Didn’t persevere and raise enough.
I have sub optimal iron so working on that now and o also have a couple of systemic infections which I’m sure aren’t helping!
I just found a couple
Of links with people whose readings seem similar
To mine and they have continued to medicate beyond the y3 range! So o think I might
Try too!
Also I was referred to addembrookes for thyroid resistance and they thought my tsh of nearly 3 was fine whilst t3
Was over the top of the range so I feel on my own a bit now!
Yes. I have been taking 180mg NDT since January 2019 having spent 2 years gradually raising and experimenting with dosage (although I have never taken more than 180mg NDT). My FT3 is typically 10-12 (max should be 6 on this scale) and my FT4 around 20 (22) with TSH completely suppressed. I understand there may be some risks with this long term but I feel the best I have in many years and have no intention of changing my dosage. Hope this helps. Good luck!
What does
Your endo say? Are there reAlly
Risks though, as the tests were created for
T4 measurement. Thanks for
Getting back to me!! Also, have you found getting vitamins optimal
Affected your dosage at all?
Mine has been over range at times and my TSH is almost non existent, however, I really never felt hyper. Endo had a cow about it and also can't get her to get out of her 'box' and realize that TSh will be supressed as long as I take T3. And I am not giving it up and have already told her that! Finally feel like a human being again and not having that taken away.
For what this is worth, my TSH has also been ~non existent (~.001) for > 10 years now. I would not set your goals on your TSH level, set your goals on how you feel. When I pushed my T3 over range I felt "hyper", I was anxious, twitchy and felt a sort of "ZZZZZing" inside and just didn't like it at all. My pulse was racing and I knew that wasn't OK. So, it usually boils down to How do you Feel? Stop worrying about your TSH level, if a little bit more T3 makes you feel OK, then go ahead. Increase in tiny increments and watch your pulse and blood pressure (BP). If your BP is going up with your T3 dose then STOP. We (I have this problem) have to give the heart priority over the thyroid, unfortunately.
