Help with blood results

Could anyone help with my daughter’s blood results. She has not been feeling normal for many years now with gut problems, severe dry eyes, sleep problems. She now is suffering from pretty bad hair loss. We have a history of hypothyroidism and pernicious anaemia in the family. Just if anyone has a spare moment we would appreciate you thoughts on her blood tests. I have two images of bloods to upload.
