I am recently diagnosed with hypothyroid with T4 23 My throat aches and my lower throat area also aches. I am afraid of taking medicine thyroxine.Is there any alternative natural way to cure my condition .Simply guide me what to do?

Can you please clarify - do you mean hypOthyroid (underactive) or hypERthyroid (overactive).
Maybe you can post the reference range that came with the result which will make it clearer.
Also, can you please post your TSH result.
The reason being is that if this is a result for FREE T4 then that looks high and hypothyroidism would be diagnosed with a low FT4 and a high TSH
