So this follows on from your other post (it would have been better to keep it all together in one post, no need for a photograph, just typing results and reference ranges in is enough).

TSH receptors antibodies IU/L 0.52 0 - 0.80

That's one of the tests for Graves/overactive (TRAb). This result is negative as it's within range. TRAb test is less specific than the TSI test I mentioned in reply to your other post. You can only rule in or out Graves/overactive if the TSI test is now done.

TPO 335 IU/ml 0 - 35)

This is postive, it is very over range. TPO antibodies can be found in both Graves and Hashimoto's disease. So it's important now to get TSI antibodies tested. If that comes back positive it will be Graves disease, if it comes back negative then it's likely to be Hashimoto's and this result could be showing a hyper phase of Hashi's. With Hashi's you can swing from hypo to hyper and back to hypo but it can start off with a hyper phase.

Thank you, sorry I will type any future results. Is TSI antibody test something GP would do, or is it only private.

I think the TSI test may possibly be done through an endo, you could ask your GP just in case it can be done without a referral to an endo.
