Help with test results please!!

My recent TFT results from endocrinology. I have been taking 75mcg Levo for about 6 weeks. Previously on 50 mcg for about 6-8 weeks and prior to that 25mcg or nothing over 10 years. My TPO ab were 1300 for this period but have halved to 526 since being gluten free for over a year. Endo said maybe alternate 75/50 each day as TSH suppressed. I said I’d rather stay on 75 mcg for now which he agreed to but will inform GP of his suggestion especially if any hyperthyroid symptoms appear.

My pain is getting worse in my lower back and hip. I am under spinal unit and gastroenterology too.
