Out of body experience. Underactive thyroid

Hi I get moments where I don't feel like I'm really here. I look at my own body and it doesn't seem like it's mine. Was really bad before I was on med. Get it occasionally usually for 5 mins, only happens once every few weeks. Some sort of so mental thing. Anyone experiencing this?

I get this also. A feeling I am detached from my body. When it happens I feel I no longer care what is happening to my body anymore as I’m somewhere else. Scary.

Yes I sometimes get this but don't worry about it.
