With Hashimoto's, it may be possible to reduce the antibodies by adopting a strict gluten free diet. There is no guarantee but it has helped some members. Worth a try for 3-6 months.

Supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily can also help reduce the antibodies, as can keeping TSH suppressed.
