So, following on from your first post
Your results are poor because you have been taking Levothyroxine at same time as iron supplements
So moving forward you need to take Levothyroxine at least four hours away from iron supplements and two hours away from sertraline
Getting vitamins optimal is important as well
Ask GP to test vitamin D
How many doses of iron are you taking per day? Just one, two of three?
Taking vitamin c at same time as iron may help improve iron absorption
Also eating liver or liver pate once a week should help improve ferritin
Your B12 and folate are low. But may not be low enough for GP to consider treatment
Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
Recommended brands on here are Igennus Super B complex. (Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Only start with just one tablet). Or Jarrow B-right
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
