I have high antibodies for both Hasimotos and graves. Does anyone know if you get them lowered? Has anyone tried Naltrexone?

We can reduce antibodies by going gluten-free. This is a link which also agrees with your comment about Naltrexone.

Ideally ask GP for coeliac blood test first or buy test online for under £20, just to rule it out first
Trying gluten free diet for 3-6 months. If no noticeable improvement then reintroduce gluten and see if symptoms get worse

Essential to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 regularly. Always get actual results and ranges
Frequently necessary to supplement some of these to maintain optimal levels
Add recent vitamin results and ranges if you have them
Low dose Naltrexone lowered my antibodies, but not significantly. Some people do get good results.
Interesting, so it works for some but not all.
