I am currently on 50 mcg levothyroxine diagnosed with Hashimoto’s since 2012. Recently i have seen a homeopath who suggested gradually to substitute the levothyroxine with natural lamb hormone homeopathic remedy. Is anyone out there who had an experience with such substitution? Does it really work? Thank you.

50mcg Levo is a small dose indicating that you probably have a certain amount of thyroid gland left secreting a proportion of your daily thyroid hormone needs.
However, Hashimotos is progressive in most cases and a deficiency in thyroid hormones can only be replaced with more thyroid hormones.
I haven't heard of natural lamb hormone homeopathic remedy for the treatment of thyroid gland issues..
Maybe a good idea to get your thyroid levels tested before embarking on a new treatment. Presumably you’re not feeling great if you’re seeing a homeopath. I’ve used homeopathy for various things in past though not for Hashimotos. Worth too getting your vitamin levels tested first as some of your symptoms could be related to vitamin deficiency. So eg TSH, T4, vitamin d, folate, ferritin, B12 etc. If you really want to come off levothyroxine then you would have a baseline to check what difference homeopathy is making. Good luck.
I would think it more likely that you are under medicated. Have you any recent bloods with their ranges you can post? Do you get yearly bloods done routinely? 50 is just a starting dose and I would think it's very unusual that you have remained on that or just moved up from 25. If your doctor isn't treating you correctly then getting that sorted out is the most important thing at present.
